How CORA Came To Be
CORA was developed by six high school students who shared a passion for space biology and technology. They noticed that while NASA’s space biology research is publicly available, the sheer volume and diversity of studies made it difficult for scientists and researchers to find relevant information quickly. Inspired to make this knowledge more accessible, the team created CORA—a platform that organizes, searches, and filters NASA’s biology experiments. Their goal was to simplify research, support scientific discovery, and help pave the way for future space missions.
